FCCM2025 Call for Sponsorship

On behalf of the Organizing Committee for the 33rd International Symposium on Field-Programmable Custom Computing Machines (FCCM25), I would like to invite interested organizations and individuals to become sponsors for our upcoming FCCM25 event.  Sponsorships are critically important for the success of FCCM by helping cover the operating costs associated with hosting the event.  FCCM would not enjoy its ranking as a top-tier international conference without the generous support of our sponsors.  This year, FCCM25 will be hosted in Fayetteville, Arkansas, which has been ranked by US News and World Reports as one of the top ten US cities for over 10 years.

The IEEE International Symposium on Field-Programmable Custom Computing Machines (FCCM) has consistently ranked as a top conference on reconfigurable computing and FPGAs for over three decades.  The conference attracts around 150 attendees from around the world, who gather to hear the latest technical advancements, keynote talks, and panel sessions presented by industry and academic leaders.  Attendees engage in workshops and enjoy FCCM’s unique Demo Night, where companies and academics unveil and showcase their newest technologies.  A key draw for attendees is the ability to engage with FCCM sponsors at the exhibition booths.

Being a sponsor brings several benefits to your company:

  • A table at our popular “Demo Night” event, where your company can showcase its latest technology and engage with attendees.
  • Sponsoring companies can set up an exhibition booth, located in a high-traffic area, for the duration of the conference.  This helps bring exposure to your company, and can facilitate relationship-building with experts in the field, as well as top job-seeking students looking for internships and full-time employment.
  • Throughout the conference, we will feature slides from the sponsoring organizations on various screens at the event.  Your company can use this to increase exposure, introduce new products, or advertise job opportunities to attendees.
  • This year we will work to facilitate matching matching students and sponsors to explore internships or full-time employment, including sharing resumes from student attendees with sponsoring companies. FCCM is a great opportunity to recruit world-class talent from a single venue!

FCCM has three sponsor levels (gold, silver, and chrome), each with a dedicated package and cost, as indicated below.
